As a Pre-Team Mentee, Smart Moms Travel will match me with a Pre-Team Mentor on Team Once Upon A Dream.
For the first five packages I'm paid for (not including room only OR tickets only), the Agency will split my commission between me and my Mentor to pay for her time in mentoring me.
As an Agent, I usually receive 5.5% of any package. While I'm in the Pre-Team Mentoring Program, I will receive 3.5% of the package as commission and the additional 2% goes to my Agent Mentor. (*Note: This may not be the first five trips you book; your commission will be split on the first five packages that are actually paid. Also, if you earn the Engagement Bonus, the bonus is not split with your Mentor. )
After I've split my commission on the first five paid packages, I will be returned back to my full commission amount.
